Booking Policy

Appointments can be made with us using our booking link which you can find here on our website or any of our social media pages. Due to the busyness of the salon we recommend booking your appointments online at least 2-3 weeks in advance. When making an appointment you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment - this is fully refundable if you do need to cancel and give at least 24 hours notice.

If you decide to downgrade your treatment on the day, you will still be charged for the services booked.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that thing’s can come up. We value your time, and we hope that you value ours too. In the event that you need to amend, reschedule or cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us or use your bookings email confirmation to modify your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in this time frame or not showing up to your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Latecomer Policy

Please be sure to arrive to your appointment as on time as possible. If you are early, we have waiting area where you can relax before your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cut your treatment short to finish at its original end time or we may need to reschedule & this will result in forfeiting your deposit.
