Booking Policy

Appointments can be made with us using our booking link which you can find here on our website or any of our social media pages. When making an appointment you will be asked to agree to our terms & conditions and pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment - this is fully refundable if you do need to cancel and give at least 24 hours notice.

If you decide to downgrade your treatment on the day, you will still be charged for the services booked.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that thing’s can come up. We value your time, and we hope that you value ours too. In the event that you need to amend, reschedule or cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us or use your bookings email confirmation to modify your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please be mindful that if you decide to cancel/reschedule outside of salon hours you will need to use your booking confirmation to modify your booked appointment online as our phone line is not manned out of hours. Failure to notify us in this time frame or not showing up to your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Clients who repeatedly cancel or attempt to reschedule appointments within our 24 hour cancellation window will not be permitted to book future services. This policy is enforced to protect our time, income and the integrity of our booking schedule. We appreciate your respect for our business and clients.

Latecomer Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to relax before your service begins. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment in order to stay on schedule. In some cases, we may have no choice but to reschedule your appointment and this will result in your deposit being forfeited. This policy helps us stay on time for all clients and provide the best experience possible.
